The resolution loop
Two observations disagree. Enter what each one is — its source, when it was taken, how it was obtained, the state it names, whether a signed proof is recorded — and this page walks §100’s loop in order, stage by stage. It ends in a winner on a named rule, or in unresolved with the single piece of evidence that would settle it.
§100 · authority and advice · exact decides · method 6 (a change names its state) · step 8 Admit · contracts between stations. Evidence is ranked by how it was obtained, never by who said it, and staleness is a named state, never a clock.

Example inputs below are typed by hand to illustrate each ending; they are not records from any system. Change any field and the verdict recomputes.
